Uyo Nigeria Stake Reorganization

 

The leadership of Uyo Nigeria Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was reorganized today Sunday, September 23, 2012, in Aba.  A stake is a group of congregations similar to diocese.
 
 
Elder Joseph W. Sitati accompanied by Elder Daniel Yirenya-Tawiah  and Elder Ini Ekong reorganized the stake leadership. The reorganizations were witnessed by members and non-members in attendance.
 
UYO NIGERIA STAKE: (June 3, 2012) President – Aniefiok Tom Mtem, 59, legal practitioner; succeeding Elder Aniefiok Inyon; wife, Joan Okon Mtem. Counselors – Stephen Obeuzi Woke, 45, S&I Instructor; wife, Mercy Onyeyienchechi Woke. Idorenyin Eyebio Bassey, 37, accountant; wife, Aniekan Patrick Bassey.
